General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Conditions like fibromyalgia has to be ruled out. Depressive episodes can also cause similar symptoms. If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated. Anemia and thyroid dysfunction is another possibility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
