Suggest Treatment For Constant Urination Sensation

Hi there hoping you can help I'm 24 and currently travelling in Australia, I've been having quite alot of sexual intercourse over the past few months and have used condoms, my partner has left and I constantly need to urinate even if it's a little bit if I don't it feels like slight dribble comes out. There is no sign of infection I'd say the tip is slighty inflamed this has been going on for about 8 days, any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per the symptoms, this indicates urethritis following sexual intercourse which can be possible without any signs of infection. I recommend taking a laboratory test of urine microscopy with your family A doctor prescription of necessary antibiotic, anti-inflammatory and urinary alkaliser to get best results.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
