Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Abdominal Bloating

Hi I get gastric trouble and constipation very often. I try to eat healthy like vegetables, fruits and drink around 3 -3.5 liter water everyday but I am still generally constipated and as a result bloated and gassy. If I do any stomach related excercise then I get much more constipated and bloated

Hello,

Constipation is a common complaint that may be due to a variety of causes. Appropriate management requires an evaluation for secondary etiologies, such as systemic disorders and drugs. Once secondary causes have been eliminated, idiopathic constipation may be associated with normal or slow colonic transit, defecation dysfunction (pelvic floor dysfunction), or both. If you already try fiber food and fruit and drink a lot of water and still fail you should try laxatives. These are medicines that help make bowel movements easier to get out.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
