Symptoms of
Chronic Constipation can be get rid off. I advice you to take,
1. High dietary fibre intake : Oatmeal porridge, Chapatis, brown bread with butter, honey or fruits such as prunes, dates, figs, mangoes, apricots, Green vegetables.
2. Drink 10 glasses of water in a day.
3. Bowel Exercises & regular bowel habit
4. Rule out disorders like
hypothyroidism,
irritable bowel syndrome etc
5. Tab. Dulcolax or Tab. Cremalax - 1 at bed time.
If not responding, rectal enema can be tried in case of
fecal impaction.
