Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Blood In Stool

Hello dcotor, I am 28 yera old & newly married woman. I got married on 8th march 2010. I am feeling unbearable pain & blooding during motion time & there after. I seeking treatment from lady doctor as per her there are cracks at anus & it gets cracked whilre discharging the stool. Doctor has given some treatment & I am following her instruction since 2 months still there is no improvement. Pls. help me.

Hi there...

There are 2 possibilities..one is the cracks might be due to anal fissures resulting from constipation.

Another cause might be due to anal sex performed by your husband.

I would advise you to avoid anal sex, if that is the culprit.
Avoid constipation.
Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.
Eat high fibre rich foods, whole grain wheat, brown rice etc.plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables.

Medication wise do follow your doctor's advise .
