Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Muscle Stiffness

I just returned to the US from a surf trip to Nicaragua and I have been suffering from constipation, muscle stiffness (neck), chronic fatigue and occasional chills and night sweats. I do recall getting bitten by mosquitos while on my trip. Any advice?

Well come to HCM
Here the history of travelled from Nicaragua the place is known for malaria infection so it is better to have Tab Chloroquine 500 mg every week for at least 3 weeks, hope this information helps (Comment:- Chloroquine is still consider gold treatment for prophylaxis in Malaria)
