Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Pain In The Upper Quadrant

I have been having right upper quadrant for about 6 weeks. Reminds me a lot of the gallbladder acting up but I have had that removed in 2009. Certain foods can make the discomfort worse, but I feel the discomfort 24/7. The us did show a 1.5 cm septate cyst. The doctor feels the pain can be due to constipation, however I have a bowel movement every 2 to 3 days, plus take Miralax twice a week.

I really appreciate your concern, such pain could due to Hyperacidity and this can be best managed with 'Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 30 mg once in day, at evening time for three weeks, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
