Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Rectal Pain

Hello, this is a little embarrassing to share but while on my period I ve had trouble with pooping. I ve noticed this as far as two years ago. Most times it feels as if sharp pains are shooting up my rectum and I m not sure what is causing this discomfort.

According to short history given by you it is difficult to diagnose. Your symptoms are suggestive of endometriosis. In which disease patient develops endometrial tissue (Inner layer of endometrium - which bleeds during periods) in other parts of the body. So during menstruation there is some bleeding and pain at the part involved. Other symptoms would be Severe abdominal pain during menstruation, diarrhoea, pain during urination during periods. So consult any gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
