Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Stomach Pain

So I haven t been able to poop in like four days and I m getting worried because nothing is working I ve tried everything like prunes bran muffins and laxatives!! I can barely sit up for more than a couple of seconds without my stomach hurting and I know the poop is there but it just doesn t wanna come out and my stomach is killing me and I just done know what to do. Please help

I would like to suggest you to take care of your total health to strengthen your immune system by modifying your life style and food habits .
Regular exercise specially ,walk ,yoga Kapalbhatti , Agnisaar , Pranayam deep breething and Meditation , to strengthen your immune system .

Include essential nutrients in your diet --FIBER RICH , DIET , citrus fruit ,green veges ginger , garlic to balance Air factor-- Vayu Dosh -- in our body , vitamins and minerals in natural form -, coconut water , , nuts , almonds , and supplements full of antioxidants as Aloe vera juice + Amla juice 2 spoons , Lemon juice with water and a pinch of salt and black pepper gives immidiate relief . Fish oil and flax seeds for Omega 3 and BUTTER milk with salt and pepper in lunch ,
Turmeric powder + Almond oil or olive oil at bed time is very important for our sound mental and physical health and strengthen immune response naturally . and include Lot of water in your regimen .

For detoxifying your system ,Do Ayurvedic kunjal first thing in the morning -- drink 3-4 glasses of warm or more ,salty water - Retain for 1 minute - shake your tummy in & out 10 times - and vomit or force vomit whole water . Relaxe . Repeat every morning for a week .
