Hi... I am twenty three year old...I am suffering from constipation and severe stomach ache at nights since three days..m ay be bcoz of food that create gas like idli...pls suggest wat should I eat n whether any medications required...I regularly eat anti constipation medicine..

Drink Yoghurt and buttermilk. Avoid smoking and drinking alcohol. Avoid junk food, oily and spicy food. Drink plenty of water.
