Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Strange Taste On Lips

Hello. Yesterday my stomach felt upset. Regurgitated approximately six times. Toward the end a lot of bile. Had a strange taste on lips. Ok today but concerned about what the taste may have been. I also have an extremely hard time going to the bathroom. Took stool softener last night seemed to help. Due to the length of time not going to the bathroom I wondered if this could have caused this problem.

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to constipation.

I suggest using a laxative such as Miralax.

I also suggest using daily probiotics.

You should eat a fiber-rich diet and drink liquids.
