Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Duphalac syrup can be taken in pregnancy, it is safe.
However, one should try to correct the constipation of pregnancy by taking plenty of fluids and fibre rich diet.
Excessive duphalac intake can lead to diarrhoea, which can create problems in pregnancy, and hence should be avoided.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
