Hello there I have read through your question and would like to tell you that it is normal to feel weakness after an episode of typhoid fever. It will take a few weeks for you to recover completely. You can follow the following instructions- 1. Take a healthy and nutritious diet including a lot of fibre and legumes.2 Avoid meat for a few weeks as it is difficult to digest. 3. Drink lots of water atleast 3-4 litres per day. 4. Take a bcomplex supplement like cobadex forte. I hope I was able to answer your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write. Thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
