Suggest Treatment For Constipation Post Fever

About a week ago I thought I had the flu, with fever, chills, and intestinal discomfort (no vomiting and very little diarrhea). Since then the fever and chills have passed, but I am sort of constipated and still have a lot of intestinal/abdominal pain. How can I relieve that?

Hello,

Eat high fiber diet and drink plenty of water.

Use Pegmove powder in a glass of water regularly.

If symptoms not improved please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
