Recently I have been very constipated with bloating and some gas. My sphincter is very sore and when I go to bathroom or wipe it feels like a hot poker iron being stuck to me and this burning sensation lasts about 45 minutes or longer after going to the bathroom and I have to lay down. And I have a either brown or red discharge (color blind) foul smelling fluid leaking from my sphincter all hours of the day for over a week now. I am a male 48 years of age and prostate and colon cancer runs on both sides of my family. I have no living members of my Family left. It is only me. I am widowed as well. I do know from having a colonoscopy around 15 years ago that I do have IBS. But, I have had bowl and stomach problems since I was around 12 years of age. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas of what this discharge might be might be and if any has had a patient with this problem before? And what I can do to resolve this issue. It is weeping out of me so bad I have resulted in using baby powders to help keep it dried up as much as possible and have had to start using panty liners to keep from ruining my underwear and clothes. The only time I have used panty liners before is when I have had hemorrhoids bleeding real bad to keep from ruining my underwear and clothes. But, The longest that ever lasted was around 4 days at the most. And I have not had a hemorrhoid flare up in over 10 years at least. And this is going on 12 days now! Starting to get a little concerned. Please Help! Thank You for Your advice!
