You are should do these things for your
constipation.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Drink warm water at night before bed.
3. Eat high fiber diet like pulses, vegetables and fruits.
4. Drink butter milk or take curd twice daily.
5. Avoid
stress and tension, be relax and calm. Take sound sleep of 6-8 hours.
6. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
7. Start
cremaffin plus syrup at night.
Do all these for 3-4 days and if you still have constipation then
consult doctor and get done
ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out internal pathology.
