Suggest Treatment For Continued Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Mifegest Kit

I took mifegest kit and then the bleeding started but it s past 15 days and the bleeding still continues.Sometimes Iam also facing a pain in my lower abdomen.Plz tell me how long will the bleeding continue and suggest some medicine to stop the bleeding.

At the outset, it is not safe to take such medication to terminate the pregnancy without consulting a gynecologist taking it on your own can cause serious adverse effects like severe bleeding, infection, and incomplete abortion.

Therefore, it should only be performed under strict medical supervision.

You need to confirm pregnancy (by an ultrasound scan), then confirm that it is intrauterine (inside the womb) and have exact dating in weeks of gestation.
The beginning & duration of bleeding varies from patient to patient, it can last for one week to 10 days. In some cases there are retained products of conception inside so it can last for a longer duration with heavy bleeding and passage of clots.

Based on the history you seem to have an incomplete abortion.

So, in view of the above the only step advised for you now is to consult a gynecologist and go for an ultrasound to confirm incomplete abortion and further treatment which may involve dilatation and curettage to complete the abortion process.
