Suggest Treatment For Corpus Spongiosum Pain

Hello, I recently did something and believe I have injured my corpus spongionsm, it feels tight but I can not get it any bigger as is I cannot get erect for the past week. I have masturbated but it seems to be uncomfortable after. Im really stressing out because I hope it is not permanent . I can feel it all the way to the pelvic bone . It is also uncomfortable when I sit for Long periods of time. Ive watched porn where as is before ive become erect right away. Dont understand please help. Seen doctor and have and appointment with a urologist in a couple of months. Dont know what to did

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Ibuprofen or tramadol for pain relief. If symptoms persist you can consult a urologist and get evaluated.
