What Does Itching In The Corpus Spongiosum Indicate?

I have an itch in my corpus spongiosum, it comes and goes but when I touch my penis I feel the itch inside. There s no reaction or any show of allergies or contamination on my penis or body. Also, when I pull out during sex I hold my penis, holding the sperm inside, also when I masturbate, I don t let the sperm come out I hold my penis to hold the sperm in. Could it be that I have a sore/injury inside my penis or I just have an infection? Thanks!

I think it is a mycotic infection caused by candida albicans. You should take antimycotic drugs and antifungal ointment.
Consult an urologist for it.
