55 year old healthy active female with sudden recent onset of severe cough headache (3-30 minute duration after cough, bending over, or valsalva maneuver). MRI revealed scattered T2 hyper-intensities in periventricular and subcortical white matter. Treatment?
Hi, T2 MRI hyperintensities are not the cause of cough headache.Treatment of cough,actually treats the cough headache.NSAIDS can be taken on sos basis.Hope that helps.
