Suggest Treatment For Cough And Chest Congestion

Feels like bubbles going from left shoulder blade to neck. Very think mucus and cough also been severely congested for weeks. At least once a day have the feeling in my chest like u get in your stomach when falling from really high on a ride.. Its like my heart suddenly drops..

I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing is nothing serious but an lower respiratory tract infection (LRTI).
This condition can be easily treated in the following way:
1. A course of antibiotics containing Azhithromycin.
2. Decongestant syrup containing Ambroxyl and Chlorpheniramine maleate.
3. Salt water gargling with warm water.
4. Consumption of medicated lozanges.
Your symptoms should get better in about 3 to 5 days.
