Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold
Both of my brothers were sick with a virus going around school. I am sixteen and have some of the symptoms. I am coughing, and sneezing. I have a fever ranging from 99 to 101.3. My skin is very sensitive especially on my arms and shoulders.I occasionally get body aches and my head hurts. I feel like I have a sinus infection along with an ear infection and the flu. Im not sure what it is or what to do. I've been taking medicine every so often to keep the fever at a safer level but I'm running out of options.

Usually during any viral infection only symptomatic treatment is needed. You are taking medicine to keep temperature normal. You may continue to do the same. For your coughing and sneezing, you can take tablet cetrizine twice a day and Syrup dextromethorphan 1tsp twice a day. You can also take lozenges to alleviate throat irritation. Usually antibiotics are not needed in viral infection.

It seems like you are having infection of your Throat. Most likely it's viral but there is also possibility of bacterial infection.
Most of the time viral infection will settle in 3-4 days but if it's persistent then consult your doctor and ask for prescription for Antibiotics.
Also do salt water gargling 3-4 times a day , drink hot water , avoid non veg food and citrus fruits.
