General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to rheumatoid arthritis. I suggest using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen three times a day for the joint stiffness.

I also suggest to use cool compresses for relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
