Suggest Treatment For Cough And Sore Throat

I have a bad cold and I also have hypothyroidism. I take Levothyroxine for my thyroid condition. What is the best cold medicine to take, since I have that condition? Is Alka Seltzer Plus okay for that condition and a cold? I m sneezing, coughing and have a sore throat.

For treatment of cough and sore throat you can take some antibiotic preferably azithromycin or cefadroxyl after an expert opinion along with diominic-dca or anti-cold for sneezing and common cold. For cough you can take syrup bro-zedex or syrup ambrodil-s every 8-12 hours. Do warm water gargles and take steam inhalation to reduce the congestion and soreness of your throat. Thank you very much
