Suggest Treatment For Cough, Fever And Soft Lump Under The Scalp

My 24 year old son had cough and low grade fever last week. Now he feels like soft lumps are moving under his scalp. Not currently on any meds. Skin feels itchy and has had the skin fungus for years where he needs to use a shampoo like head and shoulders on his skin before showering. This fungus has never completely cleared up.

Hello,

In my opinion, there is a cyst in the scalp which complicated to give rise to bacterial infection, so he has got a low-grade fever. I should first give him an antibiotic.

1. Ciprofloxacin

2. If fever increases like 99 F or weakness, take paracetamol
3. Too much itchy skin, please take Loratadine
4. Miconazole
After 2 weeks -
Fluconazole
5. For Cough: Guaifenesin.

Also, I suggest a Complete Blood Test and please post the test result so that a doctor can follow you up.
