Suggest Treatment For Cough, Fits, And Pitting Edema For A 50-year-old

I am 50 years old. I had 2 weeks ago and received antibiotics (IV then capsules) I am still having coughing fits and now my legs (up to mid thigh) have pitting edema. Any suggestions? ( Last year I had an unprovoked bilateral PE and DVTs in my left leg)

Your cough might not be related to swelling of your feet and fits. Considering your past history i will highly suggest that you should undergo soe readiological studies for diagnosis of DVT and neurological disorder. as in hypercougulable state the blood can clot in big veins of brain. Thank you
