Suggest Treatment For Cough Last Longer
my husband is coughing for almost 5 days now. we already saw a doctor, he was given sinecod since he has dry cough and antibiotics for three days. a day after his check up we went back to get the CBC results and it was found that he has infection. i informed the doctor that sinecod does not suppress the coughing instead makes him cough more. the doctor prescribed zyrtec every evening but still his coughing is the same. i was thinking maybe it could be asthma?

Anyways, Bronchial Asthma has wheezing.
If you can hear wheezing, it might be a possibility.
But, usually Bronchial Asthma presents in early age.
If he has fever, he should take Antibiotic, if he has no fever, just give him a cough syrup like Grinlinctus 2 TSF Thrice a day.
If his cough persists, get his Chest Xray done.
