Suggest Treatment For Cough, Shortness Of Breath And Nausea

HI, i have been coughing for about 8week clear mucus with slight shortness of breath and nausea at time. I have taken allergy medication and chest decongestion with little help. Have notice in the last couple of years that i am allergy to more chemical and dust. Do you think it time to see a doctor without any fever or chill symptoms.
