Suggest Treatment For Cough When Diagnosed With Pleural Thickening In The Lobes

hi, my name Imran yousaf from Islamabad. and am 34year old, I have a problem of cough and shortness of breath. my X-Ray CHEST report impression is Bilateral apical pleural thickening with small scattered nodules visible in apical regions on both sides. then I go for CT scan HRCT CHEST Findings There is bilateral apical scarring with pleural thickening and nodularity in upper lobes. A nonspecific ground glass smudgy nodular area is seen in posterior segment of left lower lobe, aprox measures 10x6 mm. subtle ground glass haze is seen in right lower lobe along interlobar fissure. minimal atelactatic /fibrotic bands are seen at bilateral lung bases. there is no definite bronchiectasis, honey combing, consolidation or collapse. there is no pleural or pericardial effusion.... findings are nonspecific, which could be due to sequelae of infective/ inflammatory disease process. No active consolidation or collapse seen. now m want to ask what type of this disease, is it dangerous??, or it can be normal after medication. bcuz now a days m feeling shortness of breath in congested area or top hilly areas.
