Suggest Treatment For Cough When Suffering From Deviated Septum

I have a Deviated septum of nose. So i get very frequent Cough, colds and sometimes breathlessness. I had septoplasty 9 years ago but still no respite. Dr mostly recomend antibiotics which only help for very short time. I am Male 35 years old and wieght is 65 kg

Septoplasty is done to correct nasal deviation but only some part of septum is removed are incited to release the tension. So recurrence is common and other reason could be a allergic rhinitis (rhinitis after multiple sneezing episode after exposure to some allergens) you may have which require medical line of management..
