My dad is about 70 yrs old and he has problem in spinal cord dr said that spinal cord is crack and damage near lower part just above hips dr advice not to operate .because no profit of operation due to over age Plz suggest me operation of spinal cord is available in asansol or not .if possible than what would be the cost of operation
