Suggest Treatment For Cramping Pain In Shoulder Blade

Hi I have strong cramping pain in the right shoulder blade region. It hurts to breathe deeply, cough and sneeze. Also the pain is intense if I move suddenly or the wrong way. I have had medical treatment with anti inflamitory and pain medication but this has not helped.
