Suggest Treatment For Cramps And Back Pain

I started a light pink/ brown spotting yesterday i put a tampon in and when i took it out a while later there was nothing i went all night and most of today with no bleeding but little spotting. It started four days before my period what can this be? I and have little cramps and back pain.

Dear patient
There might be retention of menstrual products inside the uterus or it may be just premenstrual spotting. Since you are having cramps retention of products inside uterus is likely. I would advise ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to confirm diagnosis. Start tab spasmoryl plus twice a day will help in pain relief. If ultrasound report is abnormal take a visit to gynecologist.
