I was due for my period today, and last month I got it one day early, I haven t had sex but I was wondering why my period is not coming on the day it should, it usually does It has not been late in months. I m breaking out but not as much as usual and I usually get cramps days before I m due but I really haven t gotten any this month. I have a little bit of cramps right now but nothing major.
Hello dear I understand your concern Delayed period just by one day is normal. Period will depend on the length of the cycle. Cramp may be a premenstrual symptoms. If period will delay by more then 5-7 days then it can be induced by the progesterone pill. Take tablet meftal spas for cramp. Take healthy diet, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits like papaya, orange and pineapple Avoid: stress, alcohol, salt, spicy and oily food Do regular exercise and medication daily in the morning for 45-60 minutes. Do not worry, it is minor problem. Hope this may help you
