General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to give some tests:
1. MRI of the back
2. Liver Function Tests
3. Whole Abdomen USG
4. Complete Blood Tests including RF, anti-citrullinated antibodies

I would like to investigate causes related to muscles, abdominal organs, liver function, etc.
If you feel feverish, can take paracetamol.
For cramping in the abdomen, can take Dicyclomine Hydrochloride
For back pain, take Ibuprofen.

Follow some general rules:
Choose foods that do not cause gas, such as meat, poultry, fish, and eggs. Avoid high-fat foods and vegetables or starches that can cause gas. Do not drink carbonated drinks. Add foods back into your diet one at a time after 1 week. If the food causes symptoms, avoid it.
Exercise: Exercise can help relieve gas.
Do not smoke or chew gum: This can cause you to swallow air.

Avoid those foods that cause gas in abdomen like cauliflower and cabbages.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
