General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Cramp and heavy bleeding during the menstruation could be due to hormonal imbalance, pelvic inflammatory disorder, infection, endometriosis, adenomyosis, hereditary cause.
I would suggest to consult the gynecologist and undergo vaginal examination, reproductive hormone anlaysis, USG scan to rule out the cause.
Specific treatment will depend on the cause
Progesterone pill can be used to reduce the bleeding
Tablet meftal spas will help to reduce the cramp
Proper rest, warm pad application
Drink plenty of water, eat healthy diet
Hope this may help you
