Suggest Treatment For Cramps, Sore Throat And Brown Discharge After Taking I-pill

Hello doctor. I had unprotected sex 2 days after my period ended. He didn t ejaculate in me but just to be on the safe side, I took an I-pill an hour later on empty stomach. I didn t vomit or feel nauseous after taking the ipill, but I did have a headache with sore throat and body pain. I got my period a week after taking the ipill, that is on the 21st of April. My period was light with medium stomach cramps. Now, since I have a cycle of 26 days, I was suppose to get my period on the 16th of May. But I still haven t got it as yet, with today being the 23rd of May. I also have a brown discharge with slight stomach cramp and sudden acne. I m 19 years old. Am I pregnant ? Please do reply. Thank you.
