Suggest Treatment For Cramps When Diagnosed With Heel Spur

I was diagnosed with a heel spur a couple of months ago. As time goes by, the pain is getting worse. Advil seemed to help at first and now it does nothing. My foot has also been cramping up at night and waking me up. I ve bought several inserts for my shoes, drinking apple cider vinegar, doing exercises, and nothing seems to help.

Hello,

1. Complete Blood Test
2. Electrolytes level
3. USG of the heel

Cramping may be due to surrounding tissue damage or due to lack of electrolytes.

I would like to know what other symptoms you are facing, like, weakness, fatigue, muscular cramps, etc.

USG will show us if there is fluid accumulation around the spur. Meanwhile, you can take Ibuprofen 400 mg for pain.

Please do the tests as soon as possible and post the results here. A doctor can give you next course of treatment, if required. We have good doctors here. Do not worry.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
