I read your question and I am sorry about the diagnosis which has been made.

Unfortunately modern medicine has found no cure yet for CJ disease and neither any means to slow down progression. Symptoms are treated according to their presentation, antiepileptic treatment is used for seizures, medication for dementia like donepezil or rivastigmine is also used, but their effect is modest and does not affect the course of the disease.
There are experimental treatments like trials of quinacrine, pentosan polysulphate, but only in experimenting phase in research centers, no approved medication in the market.

I am sorry if I couldn't give you any good news, hope things work out for the best.
