Suggest Treatment For Crooked Nose

When I push up on my left nostril, it sounds like my nose is cracking/clicking. It has become a habit and it looks like my nose has gotten crooked and the end seems bigger. I have a bump on the bottom of my nostril and if I run my finger over the very tip of my nose I can feel a ridge, almost like the cartilage is split. Also, If i stick my finger up my left nostril, I can feel something pointy, that feels like cartilage. All these problems have made me obsessed with my nose

WELCOME TO HCM,
I recommend you to consult your ENT surgeon..he might ask for an x ray nose..and after working up if required he might suggest a surgery ..that is rhinoplasty...
