How Can Crooked Nose Be Fixed?

hey my nose bone is little bend...it is bend from lower part.....my age is 15.6 ..local doctor said that i have an operation but other said u cant have operation in summer cuz that will cause infection is it true!? i really wanted to have operation now do weather really matter in that? is there any side effects if i had operation now..? doctor said the bone can get again twisted if i had operation now just need ur friendly advice and a good suggestions

Hello,

I can understand your concern. There is no role of weather in causing or not causing infection in the surgical area as far as strict sterile measures are taken during surgery and post operative care.

There is also no role of weather in twisting the bone after surgery has been completed. I agree with your first doctor who suggested need of surgery for correcting the shape of the nasal bone. However, I fail to understand the logic behind not performing the surgery in summer.

I would suggest not to delay the surgery on the base of seasons if other criteria are okay to let you go for the surgery.
