Suggest Treatment For Cut In Arm With Rusty Barbed Wire

I got cut by rusty barbed wire today but I didn t realize it or do first aid until at least six hours after it happened. The cut isn t horribly deep into my arm but its deep enough I m concerned. I have had a teatnus in the last year. Do I need to go to the doctor or will my at home first aid do?

You're covered for tetanus but so long as the cut doesn't start to develop a spreading redness or start to produce pus, home first aid should be fine
