Suggest Treatment For Cut On Forehead Of Child After Injury
Hi My 3 year old kid bumped into a table 3 hours back and had a 1/2 cm cut on her forehead, it bled but bleeding stopped immediately after i pressed it hard and put icepacks. She cried for around 10 minutes and was back to normal. I put anti bacterial ointment and cleaned with Betadiene solution. Do i need to visit a doctor?

If the wound is deep, it has to be sutured otherwise it will turn on to an ugly scar after healing. If the wound is small and superficial nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
