i am diabatic age 45 height 5.7" weight 92 . my suger level flucktuate's a lot ' i am taking gluformin g2 forte twice a day . my problem is i am having cut's on my urinery organe & now boil on the cap under the skin it is very difficult to urinate as it burns & pains alot

Your complaints are suggestive of high sugars. Once you control the sugars these cuts will heal with simple antibiotic creams. these recurrences will persist till your blood sugars are controlled. If problem persists even after blood sugar control then you might need a therapeutic circumcision.
