Suggest Treatment For Fluctuating Blood Sugar Levels
Hi doc . For the past few days my sugar level fasting has risen it fluctuates between 100-130.I do the sugar test at home on my roche sugar machine. My Gynae doctor gave me helmet 500sr .should I take it.I have developed a small cyst on my left ovary, and also after passing urine ,some of it retains in my bladder,.please advise.I m overweight.

proper sugar level is to be mantained. cosult diabetologist. might be haing glycolysis. go for coagulated hemoglobin test. life style change is requered. should have regular morning walk and exercise in morning. eat sufficiant vegitable. fresh fruits like apple. fiber rich food. avoid deep fried article. need not worry about small cyst in overy. keep watch onit by ultrasound.
