Suggest Treatment For Cutting Blood Circulation To Arm While Sleeping

For the past few months it seems like i ve cutting the circulation to my arms while I sleep. it is always the arm under (often sleep in my side) which gets cut off. But this also happens if i put my hand under my head (with my elbow in front of my face), or if im on my stomach with my elbows on the floor holding my head...is there something I can do to fix this?

Unfortunately you wil have to condition yourself to sleep in more appropriate positions with your arms. When you lie on your arm/hand for a long time symptoms you are experiencing will occur.
