General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If pain and swelling persists even after completion of anti tuberculosis treatment, it may need repeat analysis by an otolaryngologist and to get CT or MRI or lesion and a repeat biopsy to rule out any superimposed fungal infection and if any collection is present inside cyst, may need surgical resection or drainage.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
