Hi my name is Edz, i have my transV this morning and the result is my uterus is anterverted and normal size in size measuring 5.2 x4.2 x 4.8 cm. Myomettrial echopattem is homogeneous. There is an intramural hypoechoic solid mass seen in the posterior lower uterine segment measuring 3.2 x 2.7 x 3.3 cm . The endometrial tripe is echogenic and thin measuring 0.7 cm. I have a prominent cyst within the right ovary measurig 1.2 x 1.4 x 1.0 cm. no adnexal masses seen. I am scared because my mother died of cervical cancer. can somebody please tell me if this is normal or do i have to under go operation to remove this Myoma?
