Suggest Treatment For Cyst In The Ovary

I am 43 years old and I have developed a complex cyst left ovary 43 x 36 & Left Ovary is not separate from the cyst and a bulky uterus with fibroid 31 x 24. My doctor told me to wait for 6 months and do another scanning but I approached another doctor for a 2nd opinion and she told me to go in for a surgery and remove the left ovary and the uterus. I had also undergone CA 125 test which shows as 7.15 U/ml which the doctor said is normal. Kindly suggest what should I doâ?¦.. wait or go for surgery. Please reply.

from your history it appears to be complex left ovarian cyst. it appears non malignant from low Ca 125 levels.
I can suggest you to undergo laparoscopic cyst removal, if there is no menstrual problem no need to tackle fibroid.
