Suggest Treatment For Cyst On Left Ovary

i am 29.i had sex on 16 august first time in my life.after the sex i felt a very pain i my lower abdomen so i took the ultra sound on 21 august in which reports are telling that there is cyst on left ovary.Is it possible that i am pregrant or it is cyst.

I really appreciate your concern, this is not the conception and it can not be because you did the test in very early phase, cyst is nothing to do anything with the conception and pain, you need to repeat the test in case of amenorrhea, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
